Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform. By opening an account, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

General Matters and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services on the 33bmw platform. The terms described here form a legally binding agreement between the user and 33bmw. By accessing the platform or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to comply with them fully.

33bmw reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

Important: These terms apply to users in Bangladesh only. The legality of online gaming may vary under the laws of different countries — it is the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account on 33bmw and participate in any betting or casino activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person, household, or device, 33bmw reserves the right to close all associated accounts and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

33bmw may request the necessary documents to verify a user's identity at any time. The platform reserves the right to restrict withdrawals until verification is complete. This process is essential to ensure account security.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 33bmw is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The payment method used at the time of deposit must be registered in the user's own name. Payments through third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour of the request. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank) can be used for withdrawals.

Please note: Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious or there is a possibility of fraud, 33bmw reserves the right to suspend that transaction until the investigation is complete. All transactions are secured electronically through SSL connections.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus: the amount earned from the bonus can be withdrawn only after completing bets worth 15 times the bonus amount.

For example: on a deposit of ৳1,000 receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed to meet the wagering requirement.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  • The bonus is usable only on eligible games on the platform.
  • The wagering requirement for the bonus must be met within 30 days of the deposit.
  • The maximum amount per bet may be set during the bonus period.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — amounts earned from the bonus are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • If any user violates the bonus rules, 33bmw reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

4.3 Other Promotions

33bmw offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own rules and these are published on the platform at the relevant time. 33bmw reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be considered final only after being recorded on 33bmw's server. The server log is the authoritative record — in the event of any dispute, it will serve as the final evidence. 33bmw reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds in sports betting may change at any time. The odds shown at the time the bet is confirmed will remain in effect. In in-play or live betting, odds change quickly — in such cases, the last confirmed odds apply.

5.3 Cancelled and Suspended Matches

If a sports event is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, the bet will be considered void and the original bet amount will be returned to the balance — unless otherwise stated in the applicable rules.

5.4 Multi Bet

Multiple selections can be added to a multi bet. If any one selection loses, the entire bet is void. Multi bets have their own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant page.

VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

33bmw's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can be promoted to higher levels based on regular gaming activity.

  • Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is a set percentage of that week's net loss (total lost minus total won). For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 in cashback.

Terms: Cashback is calculated every Monday and added to the balance within the set timeframe. Cashback bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements.

Prohibited Activities and Grounds for Account Closure

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Involvement in these activities may result in account cancellation and, where applicable, legal action:

  1. Opening or operating an account with false or misleading information.
  2. Artificially creating bets or transactions to take advantage of bonuses.
  3. Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
  4. Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
  5. Any transaction related to money laundering or terrorist activities.
  6. Depositing or betting using funds belonging to a third party.
  7. Collecting bonuses by operating multiple accounts.

33bmw reserves the right to investigate, restrict or permanently close any account. In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held until all transactions have been reviewed.

If a user is not satisfied with any service or decision, they may submit a complaint in writing to the support team. Acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint will be provided and an investigation and resolution will be provided as soon as possible.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, 33bmw's decision will be considered final, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Decisions will be made on the basis of server logs, transaction history and communication records.

Limitation of Liability

33bmw is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, issues with third-party game providers, or internet disconnection. In such situations, 33bmw will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 33bmw does not guarantee uninterrupted service, but is always working to improve service quality.

Technical errors: If any game or bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical reason, 33bmw reserves the right to recalculate in accordance with the correct result.

Right to Amend Terms and Cancel Service

33bmw reserves the right to change, amend or cancel any part of these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified as far in advance as possible.

Users may request closure of their own account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided no bonus terms or investigations are ongoing.
